New Zone Offroad 4" Lift
Decided to get rid of my budget boost 2.25″ lift, and install a simple 4″ lift. The kit is from Zone Offroad, which is a new company based off of BDS. It includes new 4″ springs, new shocks, 4 lower control arms, 4 longer sway bar links, rear track bar relocation bracket, rear upper control arm cam bolts, front steering stabilizer.
It was a fairly easy installation. The hard part was getting some of the stock rusty bolts off. What a PITA.
So far the road manners are awesome. Doesn’t seem OVERLY stiff like the RC lifts, but is def not soft like a Cadillac. I’d bet that it doesn’t flex amazingly well, as the control arms have no joints in them. Similar to stock I guess. But the kit seems to be pretty good quality.
Currently, the jeep has a 4″ lift, 1.25″ JKS BL, 32×11.50″ tires.
